摘要 针对现代工业对体积流量测量的需求,深入研究了利用激光三角法原理测量体积流量的方法和LabVIEW的实时图像采集和同步处理技术,搭建了一套基于LabVIEW平台的物料体积流量实时测量系统。该系统能够实时测量物料体积流量,并显示流量的变化曲线,同时,可以计算出物料的总体积并显示其三维反演曲面。利用该套基于LabVIEW的物料体积流量实时测量系统分别对规则物体和不规则沙堆进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,测量的累积体积相对误差小于1.25%,变异系数小于0.7%。因此,该系统可以对各种物料体积流量进行实时、稳定、准确地测量。 As the demand of volume flow measurement in the modern industrial,the method of measuring the volume flow based on laser triangulation principle and real-time image acquisition and synchronous processing technology of LabVIEW were studied.Based on the technology of real-time image acquisition and processing,a measurement system of material volume flow based on LabVIEW was designed.The system can measure the volume flow of material in real time and show the change curve of flow.In addition,the system can calculate the total volume of material and display its 3D surface profile.Experiments on the regular and irregular objects for the system were introduced.In this paper,the real-time measurement system of material volume flow based on LabVIEW was used to verify the rule objects and irregular sand pile.The experimental results show that the relative error of the volume measurement is less than 1.25%and the variation coefficient is less than 0.7%.Therefore,the system can measure the volume flow of materials in real-time,stable and accurate.
