摘要 为解决爆炸场反应剧烈、产生的瞬时温度高、作用时间短、环境十分恶劣,导致传统的接触式测温方法不再适用的问题,利用Android平台设计一款便携式原子发射双谱线温度测量仪,通过温度测量硬件电路、蓝牙电路和智能终端APP设计,实现从温度的采集、传输到显示、存储。该便携式原子发射双谱线温度测量仪结合智能手机和移动互联网,有效地提高测量的效率,具有良好的可操作性、安全性及便携性。经实验验证,该测量仪测温上限高,测温精度好,相对误差小于1%。 In order to solve the problems of traditional contact-type temperature measurement method is no longer applicable caused by explosive field reaction,the instantaneous temperature,short effect time,bad environment,a portable atomic emission spectrum of double line temperature measuring instrument was designed based on Android,including temperature measurement hardware circuit,Bluetooth circuit and the design of the intelligent terminal APP,which realized the data acquisition,transmission and storage of the temperature.The portable temperature measuring instrument was combined with smart phones and mobile Internet,which improves the efficiency of measurement,and had the advantages of good operability,safety and portability.The experiment verifies that atomic emission spectrum of double line temperature measuring instrument possesses a high temperature limit,a precision temperature measurement,and the relative error is less than 1%.
