Rapid Identification Between Litsea Cubeba and Piper Cubeba by Gas Phase Electronic Nose of Heracles Ⅱ

利用Heracles Ⅱ快速气相电子鼻对荜澄茄与洋澄茄样品进行气味分析,获取气味色谱信息,结合Kovats保留指数与Arochembase数据库内容,对两类样品的差异化合物进行定性分析.结果显示:通过Arochembase数据库对比分析,荜澄茄与洋澄茄的气味特征差异显著,PCA模型区分明显,运用SIMCA模型能够对荜澄茄与洋澄茄的实现快速鉴别.研究表明,Heracles Ⅱ气相电子鼻技术可用于荜澄茄与洋澄茄的快速鉴别.

The paper is going to find a rapid identification method for litsea cubeba(Lauraceae)and piper cubeba(Piperaceae)by Gas Phase Electronic Nose of Heracles II.The smell of litsea cubeba and piper cubeba is analyzed by Gas Phase Electronic Nose of Heracles II.Qualitative analysis of different chemical compounds between two types of samples is achieved by obtaining chromatographic information with retention index of Kovats and database content of Arochembase.The results show that smell characteristics of litsea cubeba and piper cubeba differ a lot,which is proven by comparative analysis of database content of Arochembase?There also exist a lot of differences in PGA model?A rapid identification between litsea cubeba and piper cubeba with clear distinction in PCA model and SIMCA model can be achieved.It is concluded that Gas Phase Electronic Nose of Heracles II can be used for the rapid identification between litsea cubeba and piper cubeba.
