摘要
主体性人格是现代人格追求的理想境界,它集中体现了个体的总体精神面貌和状态,是道德实践的依据与归宿。高中阶段是青少年主体性人格形成的关键时期,高中教师在这一时期扮演着至关重要的角色。日前,随着部分地区师生角色转变,校园悲剧频发,师生矛盾日趋凸显,社会各界对此反响极大。在此情形下从主体性人格视阈探究甘肃省中东部民族地区高中教师角色的重新定位显得尤为迫切,同时对构建新时代民族地区和谐的高中师生关系具有一定的借鉴价值。
