法治政府视角下探析诚信吐鲁番建设

From the Perspective of Rule of Law Government:Analysis on the Construction of Honesty Turpan

吐鲁番一直致力于完善地方的社会治理机制，提高政府的公信力和工作效能，诚信政府建设显得尤为迫切。笔者通过提出诚信吐鲁番建设的概念、标准和必要性，分析诚信吐鲁番建设中存在的问题，解决政府的权威与公信力问题，进而找到建设加快诚信吐鲁番建设的途径。

Turfan has been working hard to improve the local social governance mechanism,improve the government's credibility and work effectiveness,honest government construction is especially urgent.The author puts forward the concept,standard and necessity of honesty turfan construction,analyzes the problems existing in honesty turpan construction,solves the issue of government authority and credibility,and finds the way to speed up honesty turpan construction.
