摘要
职业院校教学诊断与改进工作是提高职业教育教学质量的重要抓手之一,"诊改"推进过程中暴露出来的不足,要求我们必须重视聚焦学校、专业、课程、教师(员工)、学生等院校质量生存主体,查找质量生成过程中的各种"问题",再在决策指挥、资源建设、质量生成、支持服务、监督控制五大系统的运行环节探索解决"问题"的改进对策。"诊改"工作推进的"十步攻略",有助于将职业院校"一校一标"的"诊改"工作方案有效落到实处,确保高职院校教育教学和人才培养的质量不断提高。
"Diagnosis and improvement of teaching"in vocational colleges is one of the important tools to improve the teaching quality of vocational education.The diagnostic and improving process reveals many deficiencies and,therefore,we must pay attention to the quality survival subjects including schools,majors,curriculum,teachers(staff),students and look for various problems in the process of quality perfection.Then in terms of operating links of the five systems,namely,decision command,resource construction,quality generation,support services and supervision and control,countermeasures to the deficiencies should be explored.The"ten steps"of"diagnosis and improvement"enables the work plan,"one school one standard"of the"diagnosis and improvement"of the vocational colleges to effectively implement,ensuring that the quality of education,teaching and personnel training in higher vocational colleges can be continuously improved.
