摘要
[目的]探讨视频宣教结合回授法在下颌阻生牙拔除术病人健康教育中的应用效果。[方法]选取本院收治的120例下颌阻生牙拔除术病人,根据随机数字表法将病人分为观察组及对照组各60例,对照组病人实施常规健康教育,观察组病人采用视频宣教结合回授法进行健康教育,比较两组病人干预前后负性情绪、配合度及满意度情况。[结果]观察组病人干预后焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病人治疗依从性、拔牙知识知晓率及满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05),而术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]视频宣教结合回授法能有效改善下颌阻生牙拔除术病人焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高病人治疗配合度,降低拔牙术后并发症,提高病人满意率。
Objective:To explore the application of video education combined with feedback method in health education for patients with mandibular impacted tooth extraction.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with mandibular impacted teeth were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to the random number table from April 2016 to May 2017.The patients in control group were treated with health education and the patients in observation group were treated with video education and the feedback method.The negative emotions,the degree of fit and the satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:The scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of treatment and the satisfaction rate of patients in observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Video education combined with feedback method can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with mandibular impacted tooth extraction,improve the treatment of patients with complications,reduce postoperative complications and improve patients'satisfaction rate.
