不同实习阶段护生护理职业安全意识现状比较

Comparison on status quo of nursing occupational security consciousness of nursing students in different practice periods

[目的]比较分析不同实习阶段护生护理职业安全意识现状。[方法]采用护生护理职业安全意识量表(Nursing Students’ Occupational Security Consciousness Scale,NOSCS)对212名实习前期护生和222名实习后期护生的护理职业安全意识现状进行调查,比较分析不同阶段护生护理职业安全意识现状。[结果]实习前期与后期护生NOSCS得分分别为100.57分±15.95分、101.55分±17.69分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各维度中实习前期与后期护生得分指数最低的均是化学性危害意识维度,分别为64.10%、65.86%。[结论]化学性危害意识是实习护生护理职业安全意识的薄弱点,实习后期护生护理职业安全意识并未得到增强。

Objective:To compare and analyze the status quo of nursing Students'occupational security consciousness in different practice periods Methods:212 nursing students in the earlier period of clinical practice and 222 nursing students in the late period of clinical practice were recruited in the investigation.They were investigated with the Nursing Students'Occupational Security Consciousness Scale,NOSCS).Results:The average score of NOSCS was(100.57 15.95)in the earlier period of clinical practice,(101.55 17.69)in the late period of clinical practice,and there were no difference.The index with lowest score was the consciousness of chemical hazards(64.1%,65.86%).Conclusions:The consciousness of chemical hazards was the weak spot in the pre registration nurse students'nursing occupational security consciousness.After the internship,the nursing students'occupational security consciousness in general care has not been enhanced after clinical practice.
