摘要 为了获得修边刀片准确贴合轮胎的初始位置,分析了一种轮胎侧面修边装置的结构与工作原理。对侧刀机构进行简化得到机构运动简图,采用D-H坐标系法对侧刀组件运动进行正解,通过运动学解析法得出刀头的运动方程,利用MATLAB数值分析和Pro/E5.0的运动仿真验证运动的可行性,再利用反解求得修边刀具中机构的关联性。通过求出各构件间参数化的运动关系,使得刀头可以精确贴合在不同型号轮胎胎毛修剪的初始位置,以保证完全去除胎毛,提高修边质量。 In order to obtain the initial position of the trimming blade,it analyzes the structure and working principle of a side trimming device,simplifies the side knife mechanism,presents a solution to the lateral knife component movement based on d-h coordinate system,obtains the motion equation of the knife head,analyzes mechanism movement feasibility in MATLAB and Proe5.0,proposes the related mechanism in repair tool.Based on the parameters simulation of the motion relationship between the various components of the mechanism,it designs the head mechanism accurately for different types of tire(initial position the start position)and improves the trimming quality.
