摘要
设计灵敏度分析试验,以传递力、静位移、预载力等作为优化目标,选择哈默斯雷采样方法,对排气系统的约束模态、吊耳的静位移、预载力以及传递力峰值进行灵敏度分析,评价影响各个参数的主要因素。确定通过改变吊耳的动刚度来提高排气系统的振动性能,为随后排气系统振动性能的优化提供了依据。
Taking the driving system,static displacement and the preload as the optimal object,it establishes a sensitivity analysis experiment.Based on Hammosley sampling method,it analyzes the sensitivity such as the constraint mode of exhaust system,static displacement of lifting lug,preload and the peak of transmission force,evaluates the degree of influence of each parameter.It shows that changing the dynamic stiffness of the lifting lug can improve the vibration performance of the exhaust system,provides the reference for dynamic optimization of exhaust system.
