基于几何更新方法的轮胎胎面磨耗行为分析 被引量:8

摘要 基于几何更新的方法对自由滚动工况下的轮胎进行了磨耗行为分析。将总行驶里程分为多个阶段,在每个阶段结束后依据该阶段内的磨耗量对胎面几何形状进行一次更新,再计算轮胎在下一阶段内的磨耗量,如此不断循环直至达到试验要求的里程数,并将最终磨耗量与汽车道路磨耗试验结果进行对比,确认了仿真结果与试验结果有较好的一致性;对比不进行几何更新时的胎面磨耗仿真结果,验证了几何更新方法能更加真实反映胎面磨耗行为。同时,还利用几何更新方法仿真研究了外倾角对轮胎磨耗分布的影响。 Based on the updated geometry method,the abrasion behavior of the tires under free rolling condition is analyzed.Firstly,the whole analysis process is divided into several stages according to the total driving distance length,and at the end of each stage,the tread geometry is updated according to the wear depthto calculate the wear depth of tire in the next stage until meet the test requirements of mileages;After the consistency of simulation results and the corresponding road abrasion test of automobile was confirmed;Then compared with the tread wear behavior of the non-geometrical update,it is confirmed that the geometric updating method can reflect the surface abrasion behavior more authentically;Finally analyses of tire wear in different driving conditions were conducted to study the effect of Camber Angleon tire wear behavior.
