摘要
为了提高企业产品的研发制造能力,建立了一种结合模块化设计思维,以用户需求为导向、多种创新设计方法为手段的多层次创新设计策略。该策略从用户需求分析层、公理设计转换层、问题的模块化分析层和模块求解层4个层面展开,首先获取用户需求并进行规范化表达,得到产品功能特征;其次根据上层分析结果,利用公理设计工具构建功能特征与设计参数之间的映射,得到产品的分解层次表和设计矩阵;然后采用模块化设计思维,将设计问题进行逐层分解与整合,进行模块化分析,得到产品的功能概念主模块、细化层子模块;最后对系统中出现的矛盾以及相关功能,进行形态学矩阵分析,对原理解进行筛选,获得最终用户满意的创新解决方案,并用一种泡沫硬化剂自动制备装置的创新设计验证了该策略的可行性。
In order to improve the research and manufacturing capabilities of enterprise products,it establishes a thinking combined with modular design,user needs as the guidance,variety of innovation design method as the method of multi-level design strategy.The strategy has four aspects which conclude the user requirements analysis layer,axiomatic design conversion layer,modular analysis layer and module solution layer.It proposes the standard expression of the users demand and products function,proposes the decomposition level table and design matrix based on Axiomatic Design tools,builds construct function features and design parameters.It analyzes the main module of the functional concept of the product,applies the modular design thinking to disintegrate the product functions,realizes the innovation solution.The innovative design of a foam hardener automatic preparation device verifies the feasibility of this strategy.
