摘要
电连接器工况越来越严苛,性能要求更高,在运输或使用过程中要考虑连接器或其附件的跌落失效形式和规律。以圆形连接器YDA-4Z为研究对象,基于结构动力分析程序,对连接器跌落撞击地面的整个过程进行了模拟分析,获得了不同跌落高度、角度对圆形电连接器动态响应的影响规律。结果表明,冲击强度随着跌落高度的增加而增大,且正向跌落对连接器的横向冲击影响最大。根据分析结果提出了在插针内侧轴肩根部倒圆角和更换绝缘体材料为硅胶的方法,使得圆形连接器的抗跌落性能得到了提升。
As the conditions of electrical connectors are more stringent and the requirements of the performance are higher,it should be considered the drop failure mode and the law of the connectors or their accessories in the course of transport or use.Taking connector YDA-4Z as the object,it analyzes that the connector drops and hits the ground based on the structural dynamic analysis program,obtains the result such as the regularities of the influence on different dropping heights and the angle to dynamic response for the circular electric connector.It shows that the impact strength increases with the drop height,the lateral impact of the forward fall on the connectors is the most significant.It proposes the methods of fillet on shaft shoulder of the pin and replace insulator material for silicone.This method can improve the drop impact resistance of the circular electric connectors.
