摘要
针对目前食物垃圾无法处理给人们造成困扰以及浪费资源等问题,设计了一种食物垃圾处理器。介绍了食物垃圾处理器的基本结构,对搅拌部件、压榨装置等结构进行了设计,并对关键的搅拌部件进行静态分析,同时对处理器外壳进行了模态分析,提出了优化方案。优化后的食物垃圾处理器达到了预期设计效果。
Aiming at the food waste troubles,it designs a kind of food waste processing machine.It introduces the working principle of food waste processing machine,shows the detail about the mixing parts,squeezing device and so on,analyzes the static function of the key mixing parts and the modal characteristic,realizes the optimization scheme.It obtains a conclusion that the machine can achieve expected effect.
