基于伺服电机的珩磨油石快速进给方法研究

摘要 针对全电伺服珩磨机无法实现空行程快速进给的问题,研究了实现快速进给的方法。采用压力传感器实时检测丝杠的受力,根据进给系统结构建立静力学模型,得到了检测力与进给压力之间的关系,提出用比较的方法来判断快速进给是否完成。实验结果表明,该方法所需进给时间短、压力超调量小,为快速进给的进一步研究和控压进给研究提供了理论和实验依据。 Aiming at the no fast feed of empty stroke in all-electric servo honing machine,it applies the force sensor to detect the force of the screw in real time,establishes the static model according to the structure of the feed system,obtains the relationship between the detection force and the feed force.It proposes a comparison method to judge the completion of the rapid feed.The experience result shows that the method has the advantages of short feeding time and small force overshoot,which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the further study of the fast feed and the research of the controlled force feeding.
