党的创造力是党领导人民坚持从中国革命、建设和改革实践出发,运用马克思主义的基本立场、观点和方法,在开辟中国特色社会主义道路、形成中国特色社会主义理论、确立中国特色社会主义制度和发展中国特色社会主义文化的进程中所展现出来的精神状态和能力。道路创造力、理论创造力、制度创造力和文化创造力是党的创造力与中国特色社会主义道路、中国特色社会主义理论、中国特色社会主义制度和中国特色社会主义文化良性互动的具体体现。

Based on China s revolution,construction and reform practice,as well as adopting the basic position,viewpoints and methods of Marxism,the Communist Party of China leads the people to open up the path of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,to form the theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,to establish the system of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,and to develop the Socialist Culture with Chinese Characteristics.The mentality and ability demonstrated in the above process is regarded as the Party s creativity.There are positive interactions between the creativity of the Party and the socialist path,theory,system and culture with Chinese Characteristics,which are embodied by the road creativity,the theoretical creativity,the institutional creativity and the cultural creativity.
