摘要
动态能力使企业能够适应动态变化的内外部环境,对企业转型升级具有重要影响,对企业可持续发展具有推进作用。基于当前新能源汽车企业面对高动荡环境的背景下,从动态能力理论的视角分析企业战略转型的过程机理,并讨论能力层级中无限回归的实际意义。结合对丰田、特斯拉、比亚迪公司转型升级路径的探索性研究,得到企业转型升级中组织能力层级深化的相关结论:战略创新是新的竞争环境下的必然选择;动态能力实为转型之钥;学习机制是高低阶能力之间得以实现转换的保证。
Dynamic capability enables enterprises to adapt the changing internal and external environment,which has a great impact on the upgrading of enterprises and positively promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the background of the current highly volatile environment,this paper analyzes the process mechanism of the strategic transformation of enterprises from the perspective of dynamic capability theory.Moreover,it discusses the practical meaning of the infinite regression in capability levels.In the end,combined with the exploratory research on the upgrading path of Toyota,Tesla and BYD,we draw the conclusion about how the organizational capability hierarchy of enterprises has been deepened in their transformation and upgrade:strategic transformation is the inevitable choice under the new competitive environment,dynamic capability is the key to the transition,and learning mechanism is the guarantee for the conversion between the high-level and low-level capability.
