近十年企业多元化战略研究述评和展望

Research review and future prospects of enterprise diversification strategy in recent decade

在战略管理领域的发展过程中,多元化战略一直扮演着重要角色,同时也是历时最长、范围最广、影响最深远的一项研究。但目前学术界对某些多元化战略的关键问题仍未达成一致见解,随着研究不断深入,一些新问题不断涌现,因此有必要对近十年研究进行系统梳理,在把握已有研究基础上进行更深层次探讨。基于2006年以来国内外多元化战略文献,阐述了多元化战略绩效的影响因素、路径及机理,分析了多元化战略对创新和资本结构的影响,总结了跨国企业和家族企业的多元化战略研究,并从理论视角和研究内容两方面对比分析近十年和之前的多元化战略研究,对未来研究进行展望。

The diversification strategy has always played a very important role in the development of strategic management.It is also the longest,the most extensive and the most influential one.However,at present,there is still no consensus on the key issues of some diversification strategies in academia.In particular,with the deepening of research and the continual emergence of new problems,it is necessary to systematically review the research in the past decade and to further the existing discussion.Based on the domestic and international literature on diversification strategy since 2006,this paper expounds the influencing factors,paths and mechanisms of diversification strategy performance,analyzes the impact of diversification strategy on innovation and capital structure,and summarizes researches on the diversification strategy of multinational and family-owned enterprises.Moreover,it makes a contrastive analysis between the diversification strategy research in the past decade and that in the previous years in terms of theoretical perspective and the research content.The future prospects are expected against the existing research deficiencies.
