摘要
目前IMO正在制定第二代完整稳性衡准,过度加速度为五种失效模式之一。论文介绍了过度加速度薄弱性衡准原理,基于IMO SDC 3/INF.11过度加速度薄弱性衡准草案的相关内容,开发了过度加速度薄弱性衡准第一层和第二层计算程序,并进行了23艘样船计算,样船包括渔政船、油船、巡逻船、海域看护船等。根据计算结果分析了第一层和第二层的影响因素及协调性,并提出了相关建议,为过度加速度薄弱性衡准的制定提供技术支持。
Second generation of intact stability criterion is under development,in which failure modes of excessive acceleration are involved.In this paper,theories related to excessive acceleration are summarized.With respect to vulnerability criteria of excessive acceleration in the document of IMO SDC3/INF.11,computational programs for level 1 and level 2 are developed,by which total of 23 sample ships including fishery administration ships,oil tankers,patrol vessels and sea guard ships are calculated to testify their reliability.Based on the analysis of influencing factors and the consistency between the level 1 and level 2,some advice is given,which may offer technical support for the development of excessive acceleration.
