摘要
消涡鳍(hub vortex absorbed fins,HVAF)是一种船舶推进器水动力节能装置,用来回收螺旋桨毂涡能量。它由一组安装在螺旋桨导流帽上的小叶片组成,叶片数与桨叶数相同。论文以一艘9万吨级散货船为研究对象,开展了消涡鳍设计、CFD节能效果评估、模型试验验证和实船营运节能效果分析。CFD评估表明,加装消涡鳍后,螺旋桨的效率提高2.2%。模型试验显示,加装消涡鳍后螺旋桨的效率可提高2.7%。由实船运营数据分析可知,与未安装消涡鳍的一艘姊妹船相比,加装消涡鳍可节能4%以上。
HVAF(hub vortex absorbed fins)is a kind of hydrodynamic energy saving device:a set of fins fitting on the cap of a propeller to reduce energy losses by propeller hub vortex.In this paper,the HVAF was designed for a 90 000 DWT bulk carrier and evaluated by CFD and model test.Results of CFD and model test show that efficiency of the propeller increased by 2.2%and 2.7%after installing the HVAF.Energy-saving effect of the HVAF was also proved by shipping transportation data.Compared with a sister vessel without installation of HVAF,the vessel installed HVAF saves fuel consumption more than 4%.
