以公司战略为导向、学习需求为驱动、能力提升为目标,宝钢构建了支持多学习组织、多管理模式、多学习形式的员工学习、业务管理和资源共享的学习系统,实现了集团学习业务的一体化管理及运作,确保宝钢与国际先进企业的学习业务管理水平始终保持同步发展。
Centered on corporate strategies and driven by the desire of learning,Baosteel developed a training system which supports multi learning organization,administration mode and learning patterns of employees,business management and resource-sharing,aiming at improving abilities of its staff.This system realizes integrated management and operation of business training of the whole corporation,making sure that Baosteel keep pace with leading international enterprises in business management training.
