摘要
为了验证山区公路遗留孤石可用于公路底基层中,采用移动式破碎设备将孤石破碎成规定尺寸的碎石骨料,对2种不同方式生产的碎石骨料的物理性能及路用指标进行试验,并对相同配合比的2种混合料进行击实试验和无侧限抗压强度分析,得出路边孤石移动破碎碎石骨料的各项指标。结果表明,移动破碎生产的碎石能够满足施工的使用要求。
In order to prove that the roadside boulders can be used in the subbase course of mountainous highway,the mobile crushing equipment was applied to break the boulders into specified sizes of aggregates.The physical properties and pavement performance of two kinds of gravel aggregates processed in different ways were tested.The compaction test on the subbase which applied two kinds of mixtures with the same mix proportion was conducted,and the unconfined compressive strength was analyzed.The indicators of gravel aggregates produced by mobile crushing equipment were obtained,and the construction involving two different ways of boulders processing was compared in the aspect of economy.The results show that the gravel produced by mobile crushing equipment can meet the requirements.
