摘要 为了确保大直径土压平衡盾构机长距离曲线段能够安全、快速、高质量地通过水道,在到达水道之前进行预穿施工试验,通过实时监测进行动态信息化施工,得到更加合理的施工参数。在下穿河道施工的过程中,通过监测管片之间的应力变化来反观隧道周围土层的变形情况。实践证明:预穿试验后得到的参数合理,可以有效控制隧道周边土层沉降,地表最大累积变形量为6.84mm,且下穿水道施工质量好,监测方法先进。 In order to make sure the long curve segment of the large diameter shield with balanced earth pressure passes through waterway safely and quickly,the pre-penetration test was carried out before arriving at the waterway,and the dynamic informationalized construction was conducted by means of real-time monitoring to obtain more reasonable construction parameters.During the construction under the waterway,the deformation of soil around the tunnel was reflected by monitoring the change of stress between the sections.The practice shows that the parameters obtained from the pre-penetration test are reasonable and can effectively control the settlement of the soil surrounding the tunnel;the maximum cumulative deformation of the surface is 6.84 mm;construction under the waterway shows good quality,and the monitoring method is proved to be advanced.
