New understanding of insomnia management

失眠是常见病症,影响较大,有原发性、继发性和不同病程之别,形式、过程较复杂,系统性管理尤显重要。本文从实际工作出发,以原发性、继发性的原因要素结合病程的时间要素,提出网格化辨证框架,据类论治,并指出完善的疗效评价体系的重要性。

Insomnia is a common disease and has great influence.It has primary,secondary and different course of disease.The form and process are more complex,and systematic management is particularly important.On the basis of actual work,the author puts forward the framework of grid differentiation with the factors of primary and secondary causes combined with the time factors of the course of disease,according to the type we discuss the treatment plan,and point out the importance of a perfect evaluation system.
