Difficulties and countermeasures for the treatment of children with post streptococcal glomerulonephritis in primary hospital

随着基层医院诊疗条件改善,儿科病种增多。链球菌感染后肾小球肾炎作为泌尿系统常见病,因其临床表现多样、诊断条件严格、鉴别病种复杂、治疗差异大,给基层医务工作者造成很大困境。本文依据该疾病特点,分析初诊、实验室检查、鉴别诊断及治疗中存在的难点,探讨处置对策,以提高基层医院的诊治水平。

With the improvement of diagnosis and treatment of primary hospitals,the pediatric diseases increased.Post glomerulonephritis is a common disease of the urinary system.Because of its diverse clinical manifestations,strict diagnostic conditions,complex disease identification and large difference in treatment,it causes great difficulties for grassroots medical workers.According to the characteristics of the disease,this paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the initial diagnosis,laboratory examination,differential diagnosis and treatment,and discusses the disposal countermeasures so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of the basic level hospitals.
