In this paper,the author discussed the management of hemodialysis center.Through improving the environment,strengthening training,improving business capacity,standardizing management system and operation rules,strictly implementing infection management system,strengthening health education,and forming good interaction with patients,the quality of dialysis was improved,the spread of infectious diseases was eliminated,and the incidence of complications and improve the life quality of the patients were reduced.Standardized management has a great relationship with the development of hemodialysis and the improvement of the life quality of the patients.It is necessary to standardize the management of dialysis center.
