消化性溃疡的临床不合理用药分析

Analysis of irrational drug use in peptic ulcer

目的:探讨消化性溃疡的临床不合理用药情况。方法:收治消化性溃疡患者156例,对其不合理用药情况进行分析。结果:重复用药处方为所有不合理用药当中发生率最高的类型;选药不恰当处方为所有不合理用药当中发生率最低的类型。另外,处方当中存在多项不合理用药的情况,数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化性溃疡的临床治疗当中,要加强医师临床合理用药的管理,提高消化性溃疡用药的准确性,对药物之间的理化性质、拮抗作用以及药物配伍等知识进行学习,从而提高用药水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical irrational use of peptic ulcer.Methods:156 patients with peptic ulcer were selected,and we analyzed their irrational drug use.Results:Repeated prescriptions were the most frequently occurring types of all irrational drugs.Inappropriate prescriptions were the lowest probability among all irrational drugs.In addition,there were a number of irrational use of drugs in the prescription,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer,to strengthen the physician clinical reasonable medication management,improve the accuracy of peptic ulcer medication,on the physicochemical properties of drugs,drug compatibility and antagonism between knowledge learning,so as to improve the level of drug,improve the therapeutic effect.
