牙周脓肿应用盐酸米诺环素软膏与甲硝唑药膜治疗的价值

Application value of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole membrane on periodontal abscess

目的:探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏及甲硝唑药膜治疗牙周脓肿的疗效。方法:收治牙周脓肿患者58例,依据不同治疗方式分为两组,各29例。组1给予盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,组2给予甲硝唑药膜治疗。结果:组1的牙周袋探诊深度、牙龈出血指数、菌斑指数、附着丧失、疗效都好于组2(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素软膏对于牙周脓肿的治疗疗效比甲硝唑药膜更为优良。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole membrane on periodontal abscess.Methods:58 patients with periodontal abscess patients were selected.They were divided into two groups with 29 cases in each group according to the different treatment methods.The group 1 patients were given minocycline hydrochloride ointment treatment,and the group 2 patients were given metronidazole membrane treatment.Results:The depth of periodontal pocket detection,gingival bleeding index,plaque index,attachment loss and therapeutic effect of the group 1 were better than those of the group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride ointment for the comparison of metronidazole membrane treatment of periodontal abscess is more excellen
