联合用药优化治疗对改善老年高血压患者心肌缺血及降低血脂的作用

Combined use of drugs to optimize the treatment on myocardial ischemia and blood lipid reduction in elderly hypertensive patients

目的:探讨老年高血压患者使用联合用药优化治疗对心肌缺血以及血脂的改善效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者138例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各69例。对照组给予常规用药,观察组给予联合用药优化治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组;观察组血压变化显著优于对照组;观察组血脂水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年高血压患者的治疗过程中,联合用药优化治疗能够使其血脂水平以及心肌缺血症状得到显著改善,血压得到良好控制。

Objective:To explore the effect of combined use of drugs on myocardial ischemia and blood lipid in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:138 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 69 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional medication,and the observation group were given combined medication to optimize treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the blood lipid level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,combination therapy can improve the level of blood lipids and myocardial ischemia,and the blood pressure is well controlled.
