地佐辛在加速康复外科疼痛管理中的应用

Application of dezocine in accelerated rehabilitation surgery pain management

目的:探讨地佐辛超前镇痛和术后镇痛应用于加速康复外科的镇痛环节的效果。方法:收治ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级外科择期手术患者100例,随机分为E组(地佐辛镇痛快速康复组)和D组(对照组)。结果:两组患者T3、T5时刻MAP和HR都有升高,E组升幅小,与D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);E组术后VAS评分明显低于D组(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛超前镇痛和术后镇痛可明显减轻患者的手术应激反应,减轻术后疼痛。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of dezocine preemptive analgesia and postoperative analgesia for the acceleration of analgesia in rehabilitation surgery.Methods:100 patients with ASA gradeⅠ～Ⅱundergoing elective surgery time were selected.They were randomly divided into the E group(dezocine analgesia rapid rehabilitation group)and the D group(control group).Results:The MAP and HR of the two groups patients had increased at the T3 and T5 time,and the E group increased slightly;compared with the D group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the E group was significantly lower than that of the D group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dezocine preemptive analgesia and postoperative analgesia can significantly reduce the surgical stress response of patients,reduce postoperative pain.
