自体脂肪及耳屏软骨-软骨膜修补鼓膜穿孔临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of autologous fat and tragus cartilage-perichondrium repair for perforation of tympanic membrane

目的:探讨自体脂肪及耳屏软骨-软骨膜修补鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效。方法:收治鼓膜穿孔患者60例,分为参照组和试验组。参照组采用显微镜下的颞肌筋膜鼓膜相关修补术治疗,试验组采用耳内镜下的自体脂肪和耳屏软骨-软骨膜相关修补术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组鼓膜总愈合率、手术耗时、术中出血量、术后并发症率和治疗满意率均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:自体脂肪及耳屏软骨-软骨膜修补鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of autologous fat and tragus cartilage-perichondrium repair for perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods:60 patients with perforation of tympanic membrane were chosen,and they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group.The reference group was treated with microscope guided repair of the temporalis myofascial tympanic membrane.The experimental group was treated by autologous fat and tragus cartilage-perichondrium repair under ear endoscopy guidance.We compare the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total healing rate of tympanic membrane,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complication rate and treatment satisfaction rate were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of autologous fat and tragus cartilage-perichondrium repair for perforation of tympanic membrane was significant.
