损伤控制骨科理论在胸腰椎损伤合并四肢骨折治疗中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察针对胸腰椎损伤合并四肢骨折患者应用损伤控制骨科理论的治疗效果。方法:收治胸腰椎损伤合并四肢骨折患者59例,分两组。1组实施早期综合治疗,2组实施损伤控制骨科理论治疗。分析两种治疗方式对胸腰椎损伤合并四肢骨折的治疗价值。结果:2组患者治疗后的死亡率、并发症发生率、术中出血量及术后恢复时间明显优于1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胸腰椎损伤合并四肢骨折患者应用损伤控制骨科理论的治疗效果显著,能提高患者的生存率,改善患者预后。 Objective:To observe the effect of the application of injury control theory of orthopedics in the treatment of thoracolumbar injuries with limbs fracture.Methods:59 patients with thoracolumbar injuries combined with limbs fracture were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The group 1 implemented the early comprehensive treatment,and the group 2 carried out the theoretical treatment of the injury control department of orthopedics.We analyzed the value of two treatment methods in the treatment of thoracolumbar injury and fracture of the limbs.Results:The mortality of the group 2,the incidence of complications,the amount of bleeding in the operation and the recovery time after operation were obviously superior to that of the group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with thoracolumbar fracture and limb fractures,the effect of injury control theory of orthopedics is significant,which can improve the survival rate and promote the prognosis of patients.
