中西医结合治疗对心源性休克的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cardiogenic shock

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗心源性休克的疗效。方法:收治心源性休克患者66例,分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用中成药联合集束化抗休克措施治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、MAP、尿量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗心源性休克可提升疗效,改善患者的临床症状,临床价值极高。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cardiogenic shock.Methods:66 patients with cardiogenic shock were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese patent medicine combined with cluster anti shock measures.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate,MAP and urine volume were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cardiogenic shock can improve the curative effect of the patients and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and the clinical value was very high.
