研究结肠造口患者在术后不同时期造口护理状况的变化

Study on the changes of stoma nursing in patients with colostomy at different periods after operation

目的:探讨术后不同时期结肠造口患者的造口护理状况的变化。方法:收治结肠造口患者50例,通过自制调查问卷了解患者术后1年内及1年后造口护理状况。结果:1年后患者的每日造口护理时间明显比1年内短,且每月造口费用明显更高(P<0.05);1年内与1年后患者的自我护理能力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结肠造口患者术后不同时期对造口护理需求不同,根据患者的实际需要给予个性化造口护理干预对提高患者自我护理能力、加速康复进程有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the changes of stoma nursing in patients with colostomy at different periods after operation.Methods:50 patients with colostomy were selected.We knew the patient's stoma nursing status within 1 year and without 1 year after the operation through a self-made questionnaire.Results:1 year later,the patient's daily stoma nursing time was significantly shorter than that in 1 year,and the monthly cost of stoma was obviously higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the self nursing ability of the patients within 1 year and without 1 year(P>0.05).Conclusion:The nursing needs for colostomy were different at different periods after the operation,according to the actual needs of the patients,personalized stoma nursing intervention had a positive effect on improving the patient's self-care ability and accelerating the process of rehabilitation.
