舒适护理联合疼痛控制应用于小儿卡介苗接种中的作用分析

Analysis of the effect of comfort care combined with pain control on the vaccination of BCG in children

目的:探讨小儿卡介苗接种中舒适护理联合疼痛控制的应用价值。方法:收治卡介苗接种儿童83例,随机分成观察组42例和对照组41例。对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组应用舒适护理联合疼痛控制。结果:观察组依从性、不良反应发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对卡介苗接种儿童,应用舒适护理联合疼痛控制,可有效促进儿童依从性的提高,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the application value of comfort nursing combined with pain control in children's bacillus calmette guerin vaccination.Methods:83 cases of BCG vaccinated children were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 42 cases and the control group with 41 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comfort care and pain control.Results:The incidence of compliance and adverse reaction in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In view of BCG vaccinated children,the application of comfort care combined with pain control in its clinical nursing can effectively improve children's compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
