四川省5家三甲医院临床医务人员出国进修学习现状调查分析

Survey and analysis of the status of clinical medical staffs studying abroad in 5 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province

目的:调查四川省5家三甲医院临床医务人员出国进修学习的现状,为医院管理提供决策依据。方法:201年11月采用问卷调查的方式对四川省5家三甲医院105名有出国进修学习经历的临床医务人员进行横断面调查,调查内容包括出国人员的基本情况、出国学习情况、发展现状、主观评价等。结果:赴美国进修学习者占40%,其次为德国(20.95%);赴国(境)外进行为期≤3个月的进修学习(49.52%);在国外进修学习期间,70.48%的人认为与导师沟通很好,87.62%的人员认为在国外进修学习收获很多,49.52%的人认为出国进修学习的性价比很高,35.24%的人员认为海外经历得到了额外机会。105名出国人员中有正高、副高职称者分别占19.05%、40.00%,而出国前,这一比例分别为10.48%、30.48%;出国进修学习前,有23.81%的人担任了科主任等行政职务,而在出国后,这一比例上升到45.71%结论:三甲医院应将医务人员出国进修学习纳入人才梯队建设的总体规划,注重国际交流与合作,医院也应注意出国进修学习的分类管理。

Objective:To investigate the status of studying abroad of clinical medical staffs in five tertiary hospitals in Sichuan province,in order to provide decision-making suggestions for hospital management.Methods:A questionnaire survey was used in November 2017 to conduct a cross-sectional survey of 105 clinical medical workers who have studied abroad in 5 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province.Results:40%of them went to study in the United States,followed by Germany,accounting for 20.95%.49.52%of the 105 surveyed people only had 3 months and even below studying abroad experience.70.48%of them think they had a good communication with their tutors during studying overseas.Those who think they have got a lot of harvest while studying abroad account for 87.62%,and 49.52%of the 105 surveyed staffs consider that there is a very high performance cost ratio for studying abroad.35.24%of them think they have got extra opportunities because of their overseas experience.Among 105 overseas study experience personnel,those who hold senior or deputy senior professional and technical titles represent 19.05%and 40%respectively,while the proportions were 10.48%and 30.48%respectively before they studied abroad.At the same time,23.81%of them had been appointed an administrative position such as section chief before studying overseas,the number of people increased to 45.71%after they completed the overseas study.Conclusion:The tertiary hospitals should integrate the abroad studying of clinical medical staff into the master plan of the talent cultivation,meanwhile paying more attention to the work of international exchange and cooperation of the hospital.Hospitals,attention should also be given to the classification of management of studying abroad.
