全面护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者遵医行为及负性情绪的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior and negative emotion in patients with uremia hemodialysis

目的研究全面护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者遵医行为及负性情绪的影响。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院2016年6月至2017年8月尿毒症血液透析患者230例,按入院顺序分组,各115例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取全面护理。比较两组护理前后抑郁(SDS)、焦虑(SAS)评分及遵医行为。结果护理前,两组SDS、SAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医行为与对照组相比,正确服药(91.30%、80.00%)、合理运动(83.48%、70.43%)、合理饮食(88.70%、74.78%)、戒烟酒(90.43%、77.39%)、定期复诊(84.35%、72.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预应用于尿毒症血液透析患者,可减少负性情绪,强化遵医行为。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance behavior and negative emotion in patients with uremia hemodialysis.Methods A total of 230 cases of uremia hemodialysis patients from June 2016 to Aug.2017 were selected and divided into groups according to the order of admission,115 cases in each group.The control group was cared with routine nursing,and the observation group was cared with comprehensive nursing.The scores of depression(SDS),anxiety(SAS)and compliance behavior before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were insignificant differences between the two groups in SDS and SAS scores(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of SDS and SAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison of the compliance behavior between the observation group and the control group,the proper medication rates were 91.30%and 80.00%,reasonable exercise rates were 83.48%and 70.43%,reasonable diet rates were 88.70%and 74.78%,smoking cessation liquor rates were 90.43%and 77.39%,and regular referral rates were 84.35%and 72.17%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uremia hemodialysis can reduce negative emotion and strengthen compliance behavior.
