针刺治疗中风后足内翻的取穴规律探析

The Rules of Acupoint Selection for Post-stroke Cavovarus Foot

目的对针刺治疗中风后足内翻的临床研究文献进行回顾与总结,为临床选穴和合理组穴提供参考。方法采用计算机和手工检索针刺治疗中风后足内翻的临床文献,对选用的腧穴、使用频次及归经进行统计分析。结果筛选针刺治疗中风后足内翻文献48篇,使用频次≥5次且排序前10位的穴位依次是阳陵泉、照海、丘墟、足三里、三阴交、解溪、悬钟、阴陵泉、申脉、太冲;各经脉使用腧穴个数排序前5位的经脉分别是足少阳胆经、足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经、足少阴肾经和足太阴脾经。结论针刺治疗中风后足内翻以局部取穴、足阴阳经取穴、跷脉取穴、经筋节点取穴等为主,针刺手法多样,并可结合运动、康复等手段,临床疗效确切。

ObjectiveThis article reviewed and analyzed clinical papers regarding acupuncture treatment for post-stroke cavovarus foot,to provide the references for clinical selection and compatibility of acupoints.MethodsThe clinical literatures about acupuncture treatment for post-stroke cavovarus foot were collected with computer and manual retrieval method.The acupoint and meridians which used frequently were analyzed.ResultsTotally 48 related articles were screened.The main acupoints with frequency of more than 5 times and top ten were Yanglingquan,Zhaohai,Qiuxu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Jiexi,Xuanzhong,Yinlingquan,Shenmai,and Taichong;the most selected meridians were GB,ST,BI,KI,and SP.ConclusionThe rules and characteristics of acupoint selection for strephenopodia after stroke were taking acupoint from local,yin-yang channels of foot,qiao channel ang node of muscle meridian.Also various techniques of acupuncture and should combine with other therapys such as motortherapy,rehabilitation etc.
