佛山市某地区实木家具制造企业主要职业病危害调查

Investigation of Main Occupation Hazards in the Wooden Furniture Manufacturing Firms of An Area of Foshan City,Guangdong Province

为了解广东省佛山市某区域实木家具制造企业职业病的危害情况,采用现场调查、检查表、现场采样和实验室检测相结合的方法,检测了其环境质量的浓度或强度,为职业卫生管理提供科学依据。结果表明:实木家具制造企业存在的职业病危害因素主要包括:噪声、木粉尘、其他粉尘以及苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯。木材加工岗位、喷漆房、油磨岗位、包装岗位噪声强度合格率分别为36.9%、69.9%、50.0%、70.7%;木材加工岗位木粉尘浓度合格率为60.5%,油磨岗位其他粉尘合格率为86.6%;喷漆房和油磨岗位均有检出高毒物苯。该区域的实木家具制造企业职业卫生状况较差。提出了企业应使用无苯油漆,加强机械通风措施,配置相适应的个人防护用品,同时加强宣传教育和职业健康监护。

This paper investigates the main occupational hazards of the wooden furniture manufacturing firms of an area of Foshan City,Guangdong Province in order to provide scientific evidence for occupational health management.[Methods]Field investigation,detection and checklist were combined.[Results]The occupational hazards in wood furniture manufacturing firms mainly include noise,wood dust,other dust and benzene,toluene,xylene,ethylbenzene.The qualified rate of noise intensity of wood machining,painting,painted wood polish and furniture packing were 36.9%,69.9%,50.0%and 70.7%,respectively.The qualified rate was 60.5%in wood machining for wood dust concentration and 86.6%in painted wood polish for other dust concentration.The high toxic benzene was detected in the painting room and polish station.[Conclusion]The occupational health status of the wooden furniture manufacturing firms in this area is poor.Enterprises should use benzene free paint,strengthenventilation measures and equip with appropriate personal protective equipment.In addition,publicity and education and occupational health observation check should be strengthened.
