Product quality is the lifeline of enterprise.It is the key to the success of enterprise in the increasingly fierce competition in the market.With the continuous development of economy and science and technology,more and more enterprises have obtainedquality system certification.But at this stage,many companies still have problems in the process of running quality management systems andthen fail to play their due role.This article briefly analyzes the causes of the problems and their solutions.
