武汉城市圈创新创业人才培养模式与教育质量契合研究

Research on Coordinating the Talent Training Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship With Education Quality in Wuhan City Circle

指出了在适应武汉城市圈的经济发展中,培养创新创业人才存在高等教育质量观限制了人才培养的发展、培养目标与教育教学环节脱节、考查方式与人才培养目标关联度低、课程体系的整体性被忽视、资源共享率低、学生学习积极性不高等现状。为深化内涵建设,优化人才培养模式,提高教育质量,提出了树立正确的高等教育质量观,明确双创人才培养目标;建立健全双创人才培养保障制度,构建合理的人才评价体系;完善课堂教学和实践教学体系,实现优质资源共享等建议,以期提供参考。

In order to adapt to the economic development of Wuhan city circle,several situations,such as the relationship between the quality view of higher education and the target of talent cultivation,the uncoordinated talent cultivation target and education,the low correlation between method and target,the neglected integrity of curriculum system,low resource sharing rate and the less motivation of learning,should be recognized during the training of innovation and entrepreneurship.So,the correct quality view of higher education should be set up and the target of talent training need to be made clear.The system of talent training mode and evaluation should be established so that the sharing of high quality resource would be achieved.
