Risk Analysis of Veterinary Drug Residue in Mutton in the New Silk Road Economic Belt West Region

通过对我国肉羊养殖过程的跟踪调研,分析了肉羊养殖过程可能使用的兽药,对比研究了国内外对肉羊养殖用药的规定和对羊肉中兽药残留的限量要求,检测分析了不同饲养方式下羊肉样品中青霉素、氯霉素、左旋咪唑、阿维菌素、盐酸克伦特罗和己烯雌酚6种兽药残留。结果显示,不同饲养方式所有检测样品中所检兽药均为未检出,羊肉兽药残留风险低。

Through the investigation of sheep breeding process in China,it analyzed the veterinary drug that might use,researched the stipulations of veterinary drug and the limited requirements of veterinary drug residue at home and abroad in the sheep breeding process.There is detection analysis about 6 veterinary drug residues in mutton samples under different feeding ways,such as penicillin,chloramphenicol,levamisole,abamectin,clenbuterol and diethylstilbestrol.The results showed that all the veterinary drugs tested in different feeding methods were not detected,and the risk of veterinary drug residues in mutton was low.
