多元路径下的农村宅基地退出方式及其效益研究——以江苏省阜宁县为例

The Exit Mode and Benefit of Rural Residential Land under the Multiple Paths——A Case Study of Funing County,Jiangsu Province

以江苏省阜宁县为例,在梳理国内部分地区宅基地退出实践的基础上,探索多元路径下的宅基地退出方式,综合分析农村宅基地退出效益,并就其宅基地退出过程中存在的问题提出相应的建议,为推进农村宅基地使用制度改革提供借鉴和参考。

Taking Funing County in Jiangsu Province as an example,on the basis of combing the practice of residential land exit in some parts of China,this paper explored the exit mode of rural residential land under the multiple paths and analyzed the exit benefits of homestead comprehensively.Then the paper put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions on the problems existing in the process of its residential land exit,and provided references for carrying out the reform of rural residential land use system.
