响应面法优化无花果叶总黄酮超声辅助提取工艺 被引量:17

摘要 采用超声波辅助提取无花果叶中总黄酮的工艺,并考察了其抗氧化活性。根据单因素试验结果,用响应面法对总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数70%,液料比30:1(mL:g),超声时间25 min,超声温度70℃。此最佳条件下,总黄酮提取率为27.379 mg/g,而模型预测总黄酮提取率为27.384 mg/g,理论预测值与试验结果接近。通过试验得出,该提取物对ABTS自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除率分别为65.23%、73.21%,证明其具有较好的体外抗氧化能力。 Ultrasonic-assisted total flavonoids extraction iom Ficus carica leaves and the antioxidant activity were studied in the paper.According to single factor experimental results,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process was optimized using response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was ethanol concentration 70%,liquid-solid ratio 30:1(ml:g),ultrasound time 25 min,temperature 70 V,.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 27.379 mg/g and it was close with the predicted value from the theoretical model which was 27.384 mg/g.Antioxidant determination of extracts was carried out.The results showed that the removal rate of ABTS radical and superoxide anion radical were 65.23%and 73.21%,respectively,which had good in vitro antioxidant capacity.
