Total productive maintenance(TPM)theory aims to establish a sound self-help production system to limit the efficiency of the enterprise system.It embarks from the production system as a whole,including production,equipment,management of all the functional departments to build a"preventive measures"mechanism,through the company's top to the front-line staff full participation and continued small group improvement activities,and ultimately realize the target of zero accidents,zero badness,zero loss,zero failure,zero short stop.Through the comprehensive analysis of the origin and concept of TPM,the paper analyzed the application and application effect of TPM management in Bright Dairy plant.
