持续性环境热应激对公羊血液生化指标、生殖激素及精液品质的影响 被引量:30

摘要 为了探讨持续性环境热应激对公羊血液生理化指标、生殖激素等的影响,本研究选用15只海南黑山羊种公羊开展2个阶段的饲养试验(春季非应激期和夏季持续性热应激期),分别测定不同阶段种公羊血液生理指标和生化指标,以及血清生殖激素水平和精液品质。结果表明,热应激显著增加种公羊血液红细胞数(RBC)和血红蛋白含量(HGB)(P<0.05),白细胞数(WBC)显著降低(P<0.05),对血小板数(PLT)、淋巴细胞数(LYM)无显著影响(P>0.05);热应激造成碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的显著提高(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)含量和免疫球蛋白浓度显著降低(P<0.05);种公羊血清生殖激素FSH和LH水平在热应激期极显著下降(P<0.01),睾酮T浓度也显著低于非应激期(P<0.05);持续性的热应激还造成种公羊精液品质的下降。因此,持续性的热应激可导致海南黑山羊种公羊血生理生化指标的显著改变,血清生殖激素水平降低,精液品质下降,生产实践中要防范持续性环境热应激对种公羊健康及繁殖性能造成的不利影响。 In order to study the effect of long-term heat stress on blood biochemical and physiological index,reproductive hormone,and semen quality,fifteen adult Hainan black goats were used to carry out feeding experiment in two different stages(non-stress stage in Spring and long-term heat stress stage in Summer).The results showed that the number of RBC and HGB increased and the WBC decreased with the long-term heat stress(P<0.05).Heat stress had no significant effect on the number of PLT and LYM.The content of ALP and LDH were significantly higher than non-stress stage(P<0.05).The content of TG,BUN and immunoglobulin decreased remarkably.FSH and LH level significantly reduced(P<0.01),and testosterone was also lower than non-stress stage.The semen quality of goat was decreased remarkably through long-term heat stress.In conclusion,long-term heat stress had significant effects on blood biochemical and physiological index,and also resulted in a reduction of reproductive hormone and semen quality.
