摘要
中厚板在轧制的过程中,轧件的头部容易出现翘曲的现象。影响因素主要包括轧件表面温度、工作辊转速、轧辊直径和单道次压下率等。针对这些影响因素提出了一些控制措施,包括控制板坯加热,优选工作辊转速,轧辊的更换,单道次压下率的选择等。这些控制措施采取后,中厚板轧件头部翘曲问题得到改善,从而达到控制板型的目的。
In the rolling process of medium and heavy plate,the warping phenomenon at head of rolled pieces appears commonly under the influence of some factors.These factors are mainly the workpiece surface temperature,work roll speed,roller diameter,reduction ratio of single pass.Aiming at these factors,this paper proposes some corresponding control measures,including slab reheating control,work roll speed setting,roller replacement,and single pass reduction rate choice.These control measures can improve the head warping of rolled pieces of medium and heavy plate,so as to achieve the purpose of plate shape control.
