摘要
美军的受保护卫星通信系统具有抗干扰、隐蔽和具备核生存能力等优点,是美军三大主要军事卫星通信系统之一,是其实施战略战术指挥控制的基本保障手段。美军目前主要利用Mil Star和AEHF系统提供安全抗干扰通信,但这种受保护卫星通信体系不足以满足未来作战需求,于是美军开始考虑构建新一代受保护卫星通信体系。简要介绍了美军现有受保护卫星通信系统——Milstar和AEHF系统,重点描述了美军未来的受保护卫星通信系统——受保护战略卫星通信系统和受保护战术抗干扰卫星通信系统(PATS),对我国相关卫星通信系统规划以及研究人员进行相关研究具有重要的参考意义。
The Protected Satellite Communication System,as one of three primary US military satellite communication(SATCOM)systems,provides enduring,survivable,anti-scintillation,and anti-jam communications as well as nuclear command and control services in all operational environments– nuclear,contested,and benign,and is essential for US military command and control.The Milstar and AEHF systems currently provide protected SATCOM services for both tactical and strategic users.As this aggregated strategic and tactical architecture can not meet the future operational requirements of US Department of Defense(DoD),the US Air Force is evaluating alternatives for next generation protected SATCOM systems.This paper introduces the Milstar and AEHF system,then focuses on the next generation US protected SATCOM systems– Protected Strategic SATCOM system and Protected Anti-Jam Tactical SATCOM(PATS)system.
