摘要
针对机群系统中网络通信带宽使用率低的问题,提出了一种基于DPDK混合中断轮询模式的高效报文传输框架。该方案采用用户层协议栈实现网络报文处理,使用混合中断轮询方式,来平衡机群系统通信中的潮汐效应;采用DPDP技术,通过旁路操作系统,减少了报文传输中的系统开销。针对不同的报文大小进行了测试,小包报文时网络使用率达到70%~85%,大包报文时达到理论极限,与现有传输框架相比,性能有显著提高。
In view of low bandwidth utilization ratio of network communication in a cluster system,this paper proposes a message passing frame based on DPDK mixed interrupt-polling method.In this scheme,a user-level protocol stack is used to process the network messages,a mixed interrupt-polling mode is used to balance the tide effect of network communication system,and the DPDP technology is used to reduce the system overhead during messages passing with bypass operation system.The experimental results show that the bandwidth utilization ratio is up to 70%~85%on minimal packets,and up to limited value on bigger packets,and the performance is significantly promoted,compared with the existing message passing frames.
