中国特色社会主义生态文明建设是党长期以来领导我国社会主义现代化建设的重要组成部分,认真梳理建国以来生态文明建设的演进历程,对进一步推进生态文明建设,进一步推进改革与发展意义重大。建国以来生态文明建设先后经历"对策论"、"政策论"、"战略论"和"文明论"等四个阶段,尽管每一个阶段中生态理念、生态制度与体制、政策举措都各具特色,但其演进轨迹显示,我国生态文明建设具有独特的逻辑理路。
